YOUR ROLE

The purpose of the role is to assist in leading the organization and operations of the country, by understanding and adhering to day to day functions and the general CEVA Logistics Guidelines
 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Accountable for effectiveness of all operations activities in the country
  • Ensure that all SOP link to cargo wise job creation / profit sharing / communication with the network are correctly applied. Maintain continuous training and refresh training on SOP. Ensure that all generic document and SharePoint are up to date (Station profile, worldwide directory, ONE ID ...)
  • Ensuring that all employees are adequately trained in order to have effective processes for their current and future functions.
  • Create and maintain the Segregation of Duties (role of each user).
  • Ensure that needed access in the different system has been granted and maintain it. Assist super user and manager in understandings of Ceva standards in term of KPI, Data Quality, Compliance check and other local requirement.
  • Acquires or supports the acquisition of new business and supports the account management
  • Promotes Customer relations and develops the existing client base.
  • Directs or supports the business development process (tender analysis, solution design, costing, pricing and service offering).
  • Ensures efficient operations and continuously optimises the operations by implementing standard processes in line with corporate guidelines and targets ( i.e Data Quality)
  • Profit and Loss responsibility
  • Maintaining Carrier and Truckers relationship for smooth operations.
  • Contract negotiations and evaluation for updated market rates.
  • Focus on 100% compliance in the operations activities in the country
  • Maintain good business relations with Key customers
  • Oversee all Customs and any outstanding issues
  • Maintain accurate statistics on country performance in terms of i.e. GR / NR / VOLUME & SHIPMENT.
  • Prepare and discuss KPI’s report once in month with all the Top 10 customers / where necessary to improve performance.
  • Ensure full utilization of Cargo wise and check all the Operational KPI’s and Data Quality
  • Alert GHO and regional head of any potential weakness both in term of processes and human resources
